United States Yacht Shows, Inc. invites sponsors to participate in the nation’s premier in-water sail and powerboat shows.  Whether you are an exhibitor looking for added exposure or a company interested in reaching the affluent boating public, the United States Yacht Shows affords a unique marketing opportunity with many sponsorship packages ranging in price from $1,000.00 to $50,000.00.

Sponsorship Benefits

Official Boat Show Sponsors receive a menu of benefits from logos in advertising to signage at the entrances.  There are also many other ways to enhance your visibility at the show with special marketing tools. See below for detailed descriptions of the various sponsorship levels.

Levels of Sponsorship

Presenting Sponsor

The Presenting Sponsor is the premier sponsorship level with your company’s brand identity wedded to every aspect of the show.  You will receive a full-page 4-color ad in the official show program (circulation 35,000 plus 40,000 at each show), your name and logo in all print advertising (over 40 national and regional magazines), all newspaper ads, direct mail brochures, posters and press kits.  You will also receive mention in all television and radio advertising; a banner ad on the boat shows frequently visited web site with a link to your website.  Also included in sponsorship, 2 tent naming rights and Sponsor welcome letter in show program.  Perhaps even more important, you will have direct exposure to the show’s tens of thousands of affluent visitors from your prominent 20’X 20’ display space and 6 individual 3’X 4’ sponsor banners.  In addition to 20 VIP and 100 regular admission complimentary tickets, the Presenting Sponsor at each show will also enjoy a very special hospitality opportunity.  Presenting Sponsor will receive 10 passes to any VIP/Press Opening Ceremony, an excellent networking opportunity.  Be the most important participant at the most important in-water fall sail and powerboat boat shows in the nation.  Contact us for further details.

Title Sponsor

Each Title Sponsor will have exclusivity in its own product or service category.  Each will receive a full-page 4-color advertisement in the Official Show Program and your logo in regional magazine advertising, local newspapers, direct mail brochures and posters.  Your logo will also appear on the boat show’s website with a link to your website.  Inclusion in TV and Radio advertising. Your 10’X 20’ display booth will be in a high traffic area and your logo will appear on event signage at each of the show’s seven entrances.  Additional benefits include one (1) tent naming rights, 75 complimentary admission tickets and 5 passes to any VIP/Press Opening Ceremony, an excellent networking opportunity.

Platinum Sponsor

Each Platinum Sponsor will receive a full page 4 color advertisement in the Official Show Program, sponsor logo in regional magazine advertising, local newspapers, direct mail brochures and posters, 10’x 10’ space in show, one (1) tent naming right. Your logo will also appear on the boat show’s website with a link to your website. You will receive 50 complimentary regular admission tickets and 5 passes to any VIP/Press Opening Ceremony, an excellent networking opportunity.

Additional Sponsorship opportunities:

Gold Sponsor:  $10,000 - ½ page ad, sponsor logo on the boat show’s website, 30 complimentary regular admission tickets.

Silver Sponsor:  $ 5,000  - ¼ page ad, sponsor logo on the boat show’s website, 20 complimentary regular admission tickets. 

Bronze Sponsor:  $2,500 – logo in show program, logo on the boat show’s website, 15 complimentary regular admission tickets.

United States Yacht Shows affords marketing savvy companies with a wealth of additional targeted opportunities for a high visibility presence at the shows.  For example, you can sponsor an entrance to the show or one of the many large display tents or have the exclusive on the attendee bag given out at the gates.  Pick one or more from the list below that meet your specific marketing needs.

Sponsor an Entrance

Have your 3’X5’ banner prominently displayed at one of the show’s 7 high-traffic gates.  Your literature stuffed in shows official attendee bag included. Entrance Sponsorship:  Per Show:  $5,000

Sponsor a Tent

Have your 2’X 4’ banner on the inside and outside of the entrances to one of our several large busy tents filled with hundreds of displays of boating products. Tent Sponsorship:  Per Tent:  $4,000

Co-Sponsor the Sailboat Show Seminars

Cruising World Magazine and the US Sailboat Show present a very well attended schedule of seminars throughout the show. Your co-sponsorship includes a 3’X 5’ banner in the Ballroom of the Marriott Waterfront Hotel, distribution of your product literature at the seminars and your logo in the full page 4-color seminar ad in Cruising World Magazine. Seminar Co-Sponsorship:  $10,000

Sponsor a Dock

The unique grid of floating docks that accommodate the in-water display of boats provides an opportunity for your highly visible overhead banner to be seen by thousands of show visitors as they tour one of the most popular parts of the shows. Dock Sponsorship:  $5,000

Sponsor the Buses

A fleet of shuttle buses transport the show visitors back and forth to the official show parking and circle the show on a continuous basis.  Your signage will receive prominent placement either inside or outside the buses. Signs not included. Bus Sponsorship, Inside Signage, Each Show: $6,500 Outside Signage, Each Show: $6,500

Parking Lot Sponsorship

Your message can greet the show visitors before they even get to the shows.  Sponsor a 4’X 8’ sign or banner at the only Official Show Parking Lot and your company can make the first and last impression that show attendees see. Parking Lot Sponsorship, per show:  $4,000

Sponsor the Attendee Bags

Nothing is more in demand at the gates than an attendee bag for all the literature show visitors eagerly collect.  Yours can be the official, exclusive show bags given out at the gates for one or more days.  Don’t miss this rare opportunity. Bag Sponsorship, per day:   $2,000

Sponsor the Wristbands

Every show visitor needs a wristband to get on and off the show grounds and the value of having your company’s name and message on every attendee’s wrist is too good an opportunity to pass up.  Cost of one-color production included. Wristband Sponsorship, per day:  $3,000

Sponsor the Lanyard

Exhibitors and consumers alike love lanyards, many of which are used long after the show is over.  The custom lanyard you supply can be the only one available at the gates for one or more days of the show. Lanyard Sponsorship, per day:  $3,000

Brochure Insert

Let us get your marketing message out for you at the show’s key distribution points--the gates.  We will insert your promotion piece in the official show bag and hand it out at the entrances at a great bargain price. Literature insert, per day: $1,000
